Frankie Jones Wins Third British Title!

Francesca Jones of Nene Valley won her third British Senior Rhythmic Gymnastics title in Stoke, along with Gold medals on Rope, Ball and Ribbon. Runner up was 2008 Champion Francesca Fox of City of Bath, with Jade Faulkner of Esprit Gymnastics Club getting the Bronze. Frankie Fox also went away with Gold on Hoop.Frankie Jones will now compete at the World Games in Kaoshiung, in Taipei.
The Junior title went to ever-maturing Lynne Hutchison of City of Bath, closely followed by Keziah Gore (City of Canterbury), and Laura Halford.
Nikara Jenkins and Helena Stiles won everything going in the U12 and U11 age groups, and Spelthorne Gym Club won nearly everything in the U10 and U9 age groups! Megan Balabey won the U10 title and Jade Wright won the U9 title, with Spelthorne taking all available Gold medals in the Apparatus Finals plus four Silver medals!
All in all, it was a brilliant competition. We cannot wait for next years Championships!
